How Siam Arai Began
Siam Arai started as a small advisory practice in 2019, when two colleagues who had spent years in enterprise technology consulting decided there was a different kind of work worth doing. Most of the AI conversation at the time was shaped by vendors selling products or consultancies selling transformation programs that promised more than they could deliver.
The founders wanted to work differently — staying small and selective, engaging deeply with each client, and being straightforward about what AI can and cannot do in a specific organizational context. That philosophy has shaped the practice ever since.
Based on Ploenchit Road in Bangkok, the team now includes advisors with backgrounds in operations management, data systems, organizational change, and corporate training. Thai businesses across financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services have worked with Siam Arai to approach AI adoption in a grounded way.
